These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and go33 ("go33," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at go33.bid ("Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of go33 services, you must register an account on the Platform. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one go33 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used. go33 employs technical and human review measures to identify duplicate accounts. Any account identified as a duplicate may be closed without notice, and any balances held in such accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your go33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. go33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must immediately notify go33's support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: go33 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. go33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Any suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

go33 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players ("Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active.
• Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they are issued. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• go33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Promotion terms — including through multi-accounting, use of automated betting systems, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the go33 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules that may apply:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing a bet.
• go33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed due to technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account.
• go33 reserves the right to apply maximum bet limits, payout caps, or other restrictions to any Player or betting market at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and market availability. go33 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to internet interruption or latency on the Player's side.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your go33 MYR wallet promptly following official settlement. go33 reserves the right to delay settlement pending verification where fraud or irregularity is suspected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the go33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one go33 account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by go33.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward go33 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

All content available on the go33 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, trademarks, and audiovisual content ("Content"), is the exclusive property of go33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written consent from go33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, go33, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services provided therein.

go33's total aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their go33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

go33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. go33 makes no representations regarding the suitability of any game or betting product for any particular purpose.

go33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the go33 Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the footer of any page on go33.bid.

go33 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, as necessary to process your transactions, or with your explicit consent. All data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, go33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where the account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, go33 will endeavour to return the balance to the Player via the registered payment method, subject to KYC and AML verification.
